"We are from Ohio looking for a condo in Florida we found Desiree on line. She texted us daily on different properties prior to us flying down to Florida, we meet with Desiree on a Sunday. Desiree had everything lined up, we looked at seven different properties, we put an offer on number six. Well a month later we are proud owners of condo in Florida. Now we are having Desiree manage the property as a rental untell we retire. With Desiree there's no worry's. ??"

"There aren't enough words to express how wonderful Desiree McCluskey was in selling our house. From start to finish Desiree was fantastic. She knew that market well and was so helpful in every step of the way. She went above and beyond in every area of getting our home ready to go on market, from getting inspection in less than a week and closed in just 3 weeks. She gave 110% from getting our house pressure washed, cleaned spotlessly, and even helped us selling our furniture. She held several open houses and was accessible every day and night, even New Year's Eve. We miss our beautiful home but Desiree made sure the new owners were just as happy, which was important to us.."

She is committed to providing you with the best professional expertise, that, I'm sorry to say, many agents don't offer. In our case, she listed our home, and provided her own personal service from start to finish, that is, from showing our home at every showing, to walking us through every detail of what was to follow, right up to the closing. The marketing of our home was top notch. The photographer she uses is excellent. Her knowledge of the housing market and comparable home prices got us the best price for our home, which sold in two days! A great bonus….when she lists a home, she sends out a cleaning service prior to the first showing. The cleaning service also comes out before the new homeowners takes occupancy, which is a huge gift right when you need it."
